If you ever forget your password, no worries - a fresh OTP will be sent to your mobile so you can reset it easily.
All your order invoices, updates, and important notifications will be sent straight to your mobile number.

creativity, and love. For customized items, you’ll see a preview on our website, though slight variations
in color or finish may occur due to screen differences and the handmade nature of our products.
After you place an order, our support team will call to confirm the details. If an item is out of stock
or a key material isn’t available, we’ll discuss it with you before moving forward. If needed,
the order may be cancelled with your consent.

Creating Personalized Learning Toys
At KIDZ21, personalization is our superpower! That means many of our toys are custom-made
just for your child—using the name, birthdate, or message you provide.
Because of this, please make sure all personalized details are correct before placing your order.
Once we start crafting, we can’t make changes. Personalized items are made with care
and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
